Cancellation & Refund Policy

This is an English translation of our Turkish cancellation and refund terms, provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

The premium subscription is sold exclusively through Google Play. Cancellations and refunds are therefore handled by Google Play. This page forms an integral part of our sales and payment terms.

1. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason:

1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top right → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select mmgcreativity Dijital Finans Asistanı → Cancel subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep the premium features until then and are not charged for the next period. Cancelling is not in itself a refund.

2. Requesting a refund

Within 48 hours of purchase	You can request a refund directly through Google Play. Google assesses the request against the terms of the purchase.
After 48 hours	Google usually does not process the request directly and asks you to contact the developer (us) first. Requests at this stage are assessed at the developer's discretion; no refund is guaranteed.

3. Contacting us directly

If the 48-hour window has passed, or Google has referred your request to the developer, write to info@mmgcreativity.com. Including the following lets us assess the request faster:

• the e-mail address of the Google account used for the purchase;
• the order number (it starts with GPA. in the Google Play purchase e-mail);
• the purchase date and the reason for your request.

Refund requests outside the 48-hour Google Play window are at the developer's discretion. Your request is assessed on its own merits and the outcome is communicated to you; the assessment may result in no refund. No specific refund guarantee, time frame or amount is promised on this page.

No refund is made in the following cases:

• the premium features were used during the period in question;
• the application could not be reached because of the user's own internet connection, device or operating system;
• the account was suspended or closed for breach of the Terms of Use;
• the subscription was cancelled mid-period. The subscription stays active until the end of the period and the unused time is not refunded.

Your statutory consumer rights are reserved.

4. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued by Google to the payment method used for the purchase. The whole process is under Google's control; how long the amount takes to reach your account depends on your payment method and your bank. As the developer we have no control over these timings.

5. What happens to your data

When a subscription is cancelled your account is not deleted: it reverts to the free version and the data you entered is preserved. If you want your account and data deleted entirely, follow the steps on the Account & Data Deletion page.
