Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of our Turkish privacy policy, provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This privacy policy explains how personal data is collected, used and protected when you use the web application operated by mmgcreativity ("we", "the site"). By using the site you accept the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services we may collect the following:

• Account information: the e-mail address, display name, username and user code you provide when registering, and your phone number if you choose to link one.
• In-app data: data you enter yourself, such as income and expense records, cash flow statements, calculation inputs and payment instructions. This also includes IBAN and bank account details, counterparty (customer/supplier), addressee and staff records you choose to save — these records may contain a national identity or tax identification number and an address.
• Images: the profile avatar you upload, together with company logo and stamp images used on instruction output.
• In-app messages: messages and posts you send through the chat and forum features.
• Notification data: your device notification (FCM) token, if you have granted notification permission.
• Automatically collected data: browser type, device information, IP address, session and usage statistics (Google Analytics), together with the advertising identifier and cookie data used to serve ads in the free version.
• Subscription data: the status and order identifier of a subscription purchased through Google Play. Your card details are never transmitted to us at any stage.

The financial data and identification numbers you enter in the application are not used for advertising or marketing, not shared with third parties and not sold. For premium subscribers no advertising script is loaded at all.

2. Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and serve advertising. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work correctly.

On your first visit a banner asks you to choose Accept or Essential only. If you choose Essential only, measurement (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense, X pixel) cookies are not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time:

3. Google AdSense and Third-Party Advertising

Advertising on this site is served through Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site.

• Google may use cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.
• Users may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• Cookies used by third-party vendors and ad networks can be managed at www.aboutads.info/choices.

For premium (ad-free) members no advertising script is loaded.

4. Firebase and Infrastructure

We use Google Firebase services for authentication, data storage and hosting. Firebase may process the technical data required to provide the service. See Firebase Privacy and Security for details.

5. Purposes of Processing

• To provide the service, manage your account and store the data you enter;
• To improve the application and analyse usage statistics;
• To serve advertising and maintain security;
• To meet legal obligations.

6. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared only with the infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (e.g. Google Firebase, Google AdSense) and, where legally required, with the competent authorities.

7. Your Rights

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you have the right to access your data, to request its correction or deletion, to object to its processing and to be informed about the parties to which it has been transferred. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, comparable rights apply under the GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at persons under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updates take effect when published on this page. You can follow the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
